Approve or reject user IDs: ID-Synch may be set to allow authorizers to decide whether or not to approve of a new user ID request before proceeding with login account authorization.

Profile ID multi-request approval ID authorizers can see a list of profiles they are requested to approve IDs for.

Profile ID request This detailed screen provides complete information on accounts requested and allows the ID authorizer to either accept or reject the requested Profile ID.

ID request summary ID authorizers can view the ID request summary for accounts they have approved or rejected.

Approve or reject account requests: ID-Synch notifies authorizers of new account requests by e-mail. It then automatically creates accounts the accounts once they have been approved.

Search requests Authorizers search for requests based on: Batch ID. Profile ID. Requestor ID. Role. Template. Operation. Target system. Group. Account.

Change status Authorizers can approve, reject, or postpone requests in one step.
