14.11 Workflow options

You can set various workflow options in the Workflow configuration menu page as well as the web module configuration pages.

From the Workflow configuration menu page, click Options to enable the following options:

IDI REQUIRES REASON APPROVAL
ID approvers using the ID approval module (nph-idi.exe) are required to enter a reason when they approve a request.
IDI REQUIRES REASON REJECTION
ID approvers using the ID approval module (nph-idi.exe) are required to enter a reason when they reject a request.
IDP REQUIRES REASON APPROVAL
Authorizers using the Request approval module (nph-idp.exe) are required to enter a reason when they approve a request.
IDP REQUIRES REASON REJECTION
Authorizers using the Request approval module (nph-idp.exe) are required to enter a reason when they reject a request.
REQUIRES REASON DELETION
Users are required to enter a reason when they delete a change request when using the Request tracking module (nph-ids.exe).
WF ACCOUNT USE TEMPLATE AUTHORIZERS
Requests to modify accounts created by templates must be authorized by the authorizer assigned to the template, rather than to the target on which the account was created.
