10.1 Adding end users

In order to add end users automatically, you must have at least one target system configured (see HERE).

If a user has an account on a target system with the Source of profile IDs parameter selected, ID-Synch automatically creates a profile ID and adds them to the database during the nightly update process.

To immediately add end users to ID-Synch, select Update now from the Nightly processing configuration page.

Note:
The ID-Synch server stays online and services continue running. You can make changes to configuration or databases during the update process, but changes to user information could be lost.

 

Note:
Targets and users will not be added to the database if it will cause you to exceed your license limit.
