Create or make available target administrator accounts that the ID-Synch software will use to attach to target systems, in order to create and manage accounts on those systems. A target administrator account requires privileges to carry out administrative tasks such as creating and deleting accounts, and changing passwords.
You should also prepare template accounts that will be copied to create new accounts.
