26. Backups and Restores

ID-Synch requires little ongoing administration, but it is advisable to backup your database files (.CDX, .DBF, and .FPT).

You can also customize the user interface by changing the configuration files located in the \<instance name>\ directory of your install folder. You should back up these files so your customizations can be restored in the event of a system failure.
