24.2 Canceling a request

To cancel a request, access the Request tracking module (nph-ids.exe) as described in HERE.

• To cancel requests on the Status of requests page, click the Delete radio button for each request being deleted and then click Update at the bottom of the page.

• To cancel requests on the Request status:
  1. Type a reason for the cancellation.

     Depending on configuration, this may be required or optional.

  2. Click the check box then click click Delete.
  If there are more requests, ID-Synch displays the Status of requests page.
